3 Hosting and serverlogfiles
We have commissioned the company domainfactory GmbH in Oskar-Messter-Straße 33, 85737 Ismaningto host our website.
The hosting services received by us are implemented by our contracted service provider according to article 28 DSGVO. In doing so, our service provider processes inventory data, contact data, communication date of our customers and visitors. Furthermore, data are processed during every access to the server that hosts the service (so-called server log files).
These data include the name of the accessed website, file, date and time of the access, transferred data volume, report of successful access, browser type and version, operation system of the user, referrer URL (prior visited site), IP address and requesting provider. For safety reasons, these access data are stored for 7 days maximum and deleted or anonymized afterwards. The hosting provider services are utilized on the basis of legitimate interests and an optimized, efficient and safe online offer according to article 6 Abs. 1 (f).
4 What data do we process
(1) We use the data we get from you for own purposes to present you our services, for implementing contracts according to article 6 para. 1 (b) DSGVO and for safeguarding legitimate interests according to 6 Abs. 1 (f) DSGVO with regard to our business activities, particularly in the form of lecture events, seminars, workshops and experience exchange or networking events.
(2) The data processing or the consent to data processing can be revoked at any time without giving reasons by declaring this to Rostock Business in writing (e.g. letter, telefax, email). The legitimation of data processing based on consent before this revocation remains unaffected by this revocation of consent.
(3) Your personal data, as far as needed for justification, content-related design or amendment of a contractual relationship (inventory data), are exclusively used for contract processing. Thus, e.g. your name and address will be forwarded to the goods supplier in case of goods delivery.
(4) Outside the contract processing, your personal data will not be forwarded to any third party without your explicit consent or without legislative basis.
5 Duration of storage / Deletion
Your data will be blocked for further use after completion of the contract implementation. After the tax and commercial law regulations have expired, these data are deleted unless you have given your explicit consent to further use.
Your customer data are only stored for specific purposes in the scope required for task implementation. As soon as a fulfilment of the purpose can be recognized, the data are, within the scope of legal opportunities, released for deletion and deleted or blocked in regular intervals.
6 Web analyses with Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called „cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and allow analyzing your use of the website. The information on your website use generated by the cookie are usually transferred to a google server in the USA and stored here.
Still, in case an IP anonymization was activated on this website, your IP address will be prior reduced by Google on the territory of European Union member states or other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address will be transferred to the Google server in the USA and reduced there only in exceptional cases.

This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "anonymizeIP()" so that IP addresses are only processed in reduced version to exclude a direct reference to a person.

The registration procedure is recorded on the basis of our legitimate interest according to article 6 Abs. 1 (f) DSGVO. 10 Your rights
According to Article 15 to 22 DSGVO, you have the following rights in case the legal preconditions apply: right of information, correction, deletion, limitation of processing, data portability. Furthermore, the concerned persons have the right according to article 14 para 2, letter c in connection with article 21 DSGVO aright to refuse the processing based on article 6, para 1 (f) DSGVO.
11 Right of appeal at the supervisory authority
You have the right to, according to Article 77 DSGVO, complain at the supervisory authority if you assume an illegitimate processing of your personal data.
