The newly created park is located on a site of approximately 200,000 m² and, subject to pending permits, will offer almost 100,000 m² of lettable space after completion. The transport infrastructure connection is excellent. The project at Timmermannsstrat in the Brinckmansdorf industrial park is only a few minutes' drive from the center of the Hanseatic and University City of Rostock. The park is located directly on the A19 between exits 6 (Rostock-Ost) and 7 (Rostock-Süd).
The newly created VGP Park Rostock is one of 34 parks of this group in Germany, which operates in twelve European countries and is still on the road to success.
